“As a part owner who’s been kept up-to-speed on all of the efforts, I knew it was just a matter of time before LocalPoint began landing great campaigns like this. We're thrilled to see these terrific cruise ads in our newspapers. We've always known the wonderful value that community weeklies offer to advertisers trying to reach high income suburban families. It's so great to have LocalPoint out there effectively telling our story now.”

Gareth Charter, Publisher, Holden Landmark Corp.

“If your newspaper group isn't taking advantage of the LocalPoint program, I would highly recommend it. This is just the beginning of what will be many great sales!”

Kurt Ploudre, National/Major Accounts Director, Independent Newspapers, Arizona

“New category — new business — all the things you promised when we signed up for LocalPoint.”

Wayne Courtney, Senior Vice President, Major/National Accounts, HomeNews Community Newspapers of Nevada

“We were pumped to receive our first ad schedule for Azamara Cruises through LocalPoint. National travel advertising is found money for us. We need a full-time advocate like LocalPoint out there making the case for suburban newspapers to national media buyers.”

Cliff Richner, Publisher, Richner Communications

“LocalPoint Media is extremely easy to work with, not to mention the great advertising schedule they gave The Breeze Newspapers. We look forward to a long relationship with LocalPoint Media.”

Renee Brown, Ad Sales Manager, Breeze Newspapers

Connecting National Advertisers with Suburban and Community Newspapers

You've heard about it but wonder — what exactly will it do and how can I get in on it?

  • LocalPoint Media allows national advertisers and their agencies to seamlessly buy suburban and community newspapers across North America through a "one rep, one order, one bill" process.
  • We all know that our segment of the newspaper industry is somewhat fragmented and can be complicated to buy — and national advertisers know it too. LocalPoint Media removes that barrier and opens up a new option for national advertisers looking to delve deeper into communities and looking for a supplement or compliment to metro newspapers.
  • Billions of national advertising dollars are spent in newspapers annually, and metro dailies traditionally have received the lion's share of that revenue.
  • Being part of a vast network focusing exclusively on suburban and community newspapers means a greater opportunity for you to receive national ad placements that you might not have received on your own — and the Network does all the work for you! Plus, there is no up-front cost to join.
